Through Clouds

Paula Dunn’s atmospheric landscape paintings are echoed in the patterns of smoke-fired ceramics by Steve Smith. Dunn’s work plays with combinations of colours, textures and expressive marks to create mood, atmosphere and drama. This sits perfectly alongside Smith’s ceramics where he uses clay, a material as ancient as the Earth to create minimalist works with clean lines and a quiet but powerful presence.
